Hi, I’m Mariusz, one of the creators of Runwiz and owner of CareService24, a domiciliary care agency in Bournemouth. Like you, I’m a care provider, not a software developer.
My journey in care began in 2010 when I founded CareService24 as a recruitment agency. In 2012, we expanded to meet the growing demand for reliable home care services. This transition brought new challenges, mainly in logistics and scheduling.
By 2017, despite delivering 1,000 care hours per week, we faced significant operational hurdles that threatened our business. To address these challenges, we grouped our clients and their visits into logical, location-based blocks, which led us to discover the concept of RUNS.
